It can be tricky to get work done when you own a Listed Building, but getting the Planning Permission is our specialality and it is just what we did to help this family.

The plan was to refurbish the listed buiding and link this to a new build dwelling to create a luxury, family home over a number of levels.

Here is what the property now has to offer:

Lower Ground Floor
Games Room and area for future Swimming Pool

Ground Floor
The property enjoys a large driveway, grassed area and patio area outside on this level.
We created a large entrance hall which leads off to the Sitting Room, Snug, Lounge and large Kitchen/Breakfast room which also extends to a good sized utility area, downstairs WC and further entrance lobby,

First Floor
The long hallway leads you to the large master bedroom which enjoys an en-suite and wet room, almost in it's own 'wing' of the house.
There are a further three double bedrooms (one with en-suite) and a family bathroom.

Second Floor
To the second floor you will find a further good-sized bedroom and bathroom. 

As you an see, the plans have led to a stunning family home, in a beautiful location. We love the result of this project.
