We'll look at what you've got, listen to what you want to do, and tell you honestly whether it's possible, practical and feasible. We'll tell you whether it needs planning permission, what approvals are involved, and roughly how long the whole thing takes.
You'll get a no obligation price within 24 hours of that visit.
There's nothing to sign and nothing to pay at that stage. If you decide not to go ahead, that's fine, and you'll still know more about your project than you did before we came.
We aim to start within a few days. You'll see drawings within 10 days of the survey.

Your deeds or a title plan, particularly if boundaries are involved.
A rough idea of your budget. We'd rather know at the start so we can design to it.
Photographs, sketches, or anything you've seen elsewhere that you liked.
If you have none of that, ring us anyway. Most people don't.

Bring the decision notice. A refusal isn't the end of a project, and we've secured permission on schemes that had already been turned down. The reasons for refusal tell us what needs to change.
