Award winners

When we received our notification that we had been made award winners for Best of Houzz 2017, we were naturally delighted.

Houzz is a platform for home renovation and design, providing people with everything they need to improve their homes from start to finish, online or from a mobile device. From decorating a small room to building a custom home and everything in between, Houzz connects homeowners, home design enthusiasts and home improvement professionals across the country and around the world.

Customer Service honours are based on several factors, including the number and quality of client reviews that a professional received during the previous year. So this one came directly from what our clients said about us, which is why it means rather more to us than an award decided by a panel would have done.

Chris Froggatt, owner and director at Architectural Building Design Services, said at the time:

That approach hasn't changed since. We still visit every client at their own property before anything is drawn, we still produce several design options rather than handing over one and asking you to accept it, and we are still available once your builder is on site rather than disappearing the day the drawings are approved.
