Architectural Building Design Services were commissioned in the design and technical detailing of this three-storey dwelling, located in the village of Crich in Derbyshire.
This replacement dwelling was designed alongside the Client to ensure that all requirements and features were provided. The dwelling had to be designed to satisfy the Local Planning Department in regard to it's height against adjacent properties and the external materials had to complement the surrounding area of Crich.
The four-bedroomed property was positioned centrally on the quarter of acre parcel of land where the original dwelling had stood and comprised:

This self-build project was completed to a very high standard of finish and created a very spacious home.
