New build, Smalley

This was a great project to be involved with, looking to provide the perfect family home in an area where garages for the neighbouring property once stood.

The materials and colours for the project were carefully chosen to help the property sit well in it's surroundings. The family were all excited to see their new home taking shape.

The first job was to clear the old garage and then works commenced to create this delightful home that suited all the family.

The property was designed for the ground level to incorporated garage for one car.

Also, to the ground level there was a large kitchen/dining room, offering plenty of space for the family's daily activities and provide a great entertaining space, made light and airy through large doors leading to the garden.

There is also the dining room on this level, with large doors leading out to access to the back garden and patio area.

And to finish the ground floor, we included a downstairs WC. Always useful for guests, particularly when you have children.

To the first floor, we provided a large master bedroom together with en-suite facilities. There are then a further three double sized bedrooms and a large family bathroom.

There was a huge transformation from the garages that once stood here.
