The original land was part of a large garden area to the neighbouring house.  ABDS were commissioned to design a suitable dwelling which complimented the Client's growing family / lifestyle.   The Client was a local builder who wanted to construct the dwelling himself.

 

Planning Permission was obtained and Building Regulation drawings prepared and approved by the Building Inspector. 

 

The final dwelling became a luxurious three bedroom bungalow with nice sized gardens and private off road parking.
