Replacement Property

Our client had lived in his property all of his life (now in his late 70's). He liked the area that he lived in, he liked the property location and had a lovely garden and views. So, rather than move to a larger property, he decided to stay and build on top of his old one! It was the perfect solution!

The overall finish was stunning with high-quality materials used throughout, offering a more contemporary feel than the property it replaced.

We managed to create a spacious home that consisted of:

Lower Ground Level
Sitting Room with large sliding doors opening to the rear of the property/garden.

Ground Floor
A large central hallway to the entrance of the property leads to a generous sized study at the front of the property, a downstairs WC and entrance to the integral double garage.
A small staircase leads you to the next level where the main living space is set out.

You arrive in the good-sized open plan dining room and sitting area. With an archway through to the kitchen and utility room, and a door to the private lounge area. Both the lounge and sitting room enjoy large double doors leading to the garden and allowing plenty of natural light to flood the property.

First Floor
Up the stairs, you enter a large 'L' shape hallway.
There is a large Master bedroom with good sized ensuite, an excellent second bedroom which also boasts an en-suite, further 2 double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

We feel that we really achieved the objections of this project and enjoyed being involved creating this beautiful home.
