The units consist of a gross floor area across two storey’s of 360sq m (3875sq ft), including office accommodation at first floor level and toilet accommodation and entrance lobby at ground floor level.

The steel frame building has a gutter height of 6.5m and a feature barrel vaulted / radius roof which is clad with colourcoat profile steel insulated cladding sheets.

The elevations have 2.1m high facing brickwork with feature quoins to the corners and a feature panel of Forticrete stone to the centre of the elevation.

Pre-cast concrete flooring units provided at first floor level supported on the structural steel work and in-situ reinforced concrete ground floor.
