This property lended itself really well to the task the owners set us here at ABDS. They wanted to gain a further Master bedroom for their property, and with the existing first-floor flat roof, it gave us the perfect grounding for this.

A simple solution to the occupants desire for the property.

The addition of painted exterior rendering adds a touch of contrast and makes this easy on the eye, as well as practical. The A shaped roof adds interest to the finish too. New windows have been added along with two new french doors, offering a modern look and plenty of natural light to flow through this home. 

To the roof we used tiles to match the existing and had to raise the chimney profile along with a 'Sun Tube' to the bathroom for additional natural light.
