Oakland Street

Project

Alfreton

The original site was part of the rear garden to 17 Ellesmere Avenue, Alfreton. The garden was very long in length and extended to Oakland Street.

ABDS were engaged to prepare outline planning permission to divide the land into one building plot and then carry out a suitable design for an investment property for one semi-detached property with three bedrooms.

The design had to blend in with the surrounding area.

A modern town house approach was taken with two off road vehicle spaces provided in front of the property and 11m deep rear gardens.

The dwellings were three Storeys utilizing the roof space for one double bedroom.

The first floor level consists of two bedrooms with family bathroom and the ground floor level has a kitchen with separate Lounge/Dinning area with French doors opening onto the rear gardens. A ground floor toilet is adjacent the main entrance door.

Elevationally, the roof is tiled and the external walls are facing brickwork with uPVC windows and doors.
